App license
HomeMovieCam is licensed, not sold, through Apple’s App Store. Apple’s standard end-user license agreement describes the license, permitted use, maintenance and support responsibilities, warranty terms, product claims, intellectual-property terms, and other conditions that apply.
HomeMovieCam Pro
HomeMovieCam Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. It is not a subscription. Pro unlocks additional camcorder formats and camera personalities, removes the HomeMovieCam export watermark, and removes the Free recording-length cap.
Purchases, payment processing, purchase history, refunds, and family sharing eligibility are managed through Apple and are subject to Apple’s applicable terms and policies. Use Restore Purchases in HomeMovieCam Settings to recheck an eligible purchase.
Your recordings
You remain responsible for the recordings you create and share. Only record people or material when you have the permission or other legal right required in your location. HomeMovieCam does not provide cloud backup, rights clearance, or content moderation.
Availability and compatibility
Camera, microphone, Photos, Apple Watch, and StoreKit functionality depends on compatible Apple hardware, operating-system support, granted permissions, and availability of Apple services. Features may change as HomeMovieCam and Apple platforms evolve.
